What can you expect from my coaching process?
- We will follow my 4-step process, which is designed to help you progress gradually. This process will help us create sustainable habits!
- Weekly / Biweekly check – ins to hold you accountable
First, I will assess your current food intake. We will track our food for at least 7 days and you will complete an initial assessment form, so I can learn more about you! Think of this phase as me gathering more information to get to know YOU better.
After creating awareness, we will work together to start to slowly adjust your current lifestyle. We will create SMART behavioral goals. SMART = Specific, Measurable, Action-based, Realistic and Time-bound goals.
Once you start to meet and achieve your original goals, we will work towards sustaining them, along with the highs and lows that will occur.
When challenges to success arise, we will figure out how to overcome these barriers and amend, or tweak our goals if needed. During this stage, you may have already created sustainable change with some of your goals! We will celebrate these wins and work to re-evaluate other areas you wish to improve upon.
